New built house (2009) on 2 floors, situated on a quiet hillside with breathtaking view. The ground floor consists the living room with a open kitchen, SAT-TV, free WLAN, 1 bathroom (with bathtub) and 1 bedroom (1doublebed).The upper floor is reached over an outside staircase. There are 1 bedroom (with 2 single beds), 1 bathroom (with shower) and a small veranda. Front of the house is a large veranda ( a part is covered) with sunbeds, chairs and tables and a swing. There is also a big natural garden plot with many fruit-trees, where you can pick for free seasonal-fruits. The house offers all comfort for up to 4 pers. (max. 2 adults with 3 kids). The sandy beach of Agios Petros is 2km (footpath) or 5 mins drive by car. In short time you can reach several fantastic beaches like Vital, Chrissi Ammos, Fellos, Zoorgos, Pisolimanos, etc. Shops, Restaurants and Bars you find in Gavrion (5km) or on the beach of Agios Petros. A free car is offered to you for the whole stay.
